Wind Sculpture

This sculpture was inaugurated on May 31, 2012, and it is located on the waterfront of the city of Puerto Natales. The sculptor Marcela Romagnoli reflected in this work an architectural tribute to the wind that is characteristic of this city. This monument consists of two bronze human figures of approximately 1/2 ton of weight each one that are both suspended from two steel arches at 9 metres high.

Cueva del Milodón

This Natural Monument -made up of three caves- is located in the Southern Zone of Chile, where remains of mylodons were found, large mammals already extinct probably at the end of the Pleistocene period.

This cave is located in the Province of Última Esperanza (Magallanes and Chilean Antarctic Region), 24 km north of Puerto Natales and 3 kilometres from the waters of the Eberhard Fjord. La Silla del Diablo (Devil's Chair), a rocky complex belonging to the conglomerate of Lake Sofia, is located at the entrance to the cave.

Torres del Paine

It is internationally known for the scenic beauty of its surroundings. It annually receives more than 280,000 visitors, most of them foreigners, becoming the third Chilean protected area for visitors. Among its recognitions, in a special edition of the National Geographic magazine, Torres del Paine was chosen as the 5th most beautiful place in the world. Likewise, the park was voted the 8th Wonder of the World after receiving more than 5 million votes. The contest was organised by the travel website VirtualTourist.com.

It is located between the massif of the Andes Mountain Range and the Patagonian steppes, in the Commune of Torres del Paine, in the Province of Última Esperanza, 150 km from the city of Puerto Natales.
